A BIT ABOUT ME...
I have been training for about 5 years now experimenting with different weight training systems, cardio systems and diets to see what worked best for me. I also have been involved in a number of sports such as rock climbing/free climbing, kayaking, swimming, kung fu and Tai chi.
I also have participated in a few charity events to help raise money.
Some of these events include a spin to cure type 2 diabetes and a charity calendar for cancer research. I have conquered the Tough Mudder (2hrs 57min), challenged the Total Warrior (1hr 35min) and my next challenge will be Spartan Sprint in Sept.
Since Training my very first client a few years ago to the present, I have learnt a lot: Firstly each person is different and therefore can’t be given the same workout.
Secondly, each and every clients goal is different! I have trained clients for weddings, holidays, weight-loss, martial arts, basic army-training requirements, size, strength, obstacle courses, Knee and shoulder rehab and just general fitness. Every one of my clients has reached their goals and have felt happier both physically, mentally and more confident with everyday life since choosing to train with me... don’t believe me? Qualifications
- Active IQ Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing - Active IQ Level 3 diploma in Personal Training - The Training Room Certificate in Studio Cycling (Spinning) - The Training Room Certificate in Circuit Training - The Training Room Certificate in Sports Nutrition - The Training Room Certificate in Gym Based Boxing. - Certificate in power plate instructing - First aid qualified |
