Training Philosophy
Every good trainer should have a training philosophy. it's a critical element in all teaching approaches and a guiding force for clients. My five-point philosophy is based on study and experience.
1) MINDSET- The crucial key to success in anything. i work with clients on the psychology of change.
2) GOAL SETTING - Knowing what you want to accomplish is the first step to success
3) NUTRITION - Regular exercise is pointless without proper diet. it's a simple choice
4) ASSESSMENT - Record keeping and continual assessment allows clients to track progress
5) SIMPLICITY - Training programmes will always be simple, comprehensive and effective. No gimmicks. No nonsense.

We all must find the right balance. This means balance with muscular strength, physical endurance, nutrition, flexibility, rest and mental stimulation. All of my clients come to me with different goals and different needs. I always start my job by getting all of these components back in balance, with the appropriate intensity in each category to achieve the goals set for each person.
My clientele is very broad based. I have worked with beginners with very little or no background in fitness or nutrition. I also have designed intense workouts for the advanced athlete who needs special training for athletic events. I have experience working with many different types of injury’s (typically knee problems and lower back) I enjoy working with all levels of fitness and skill.
The first step is to understand what the goals are and then make a program to match the goals. The next step is to stay true and strong to the program. I love what I do; helping my clients get their goals in place and executing a plan to make their physical dreams come true.
