The consultation:-
During the consultation we will be going through what your short, medium and long term goals are and what it is I can do to help you reach them e.g. with my training programs and nutritional advice. You will also have a health check which will determine your blood pressure, fat percentage, lean weight, water percentage, water in litres, metabolic rate at rest and active. All information taken during the consultation will be kept private and destroyed if there is no further use for it (if personal training isn’t for you).
The first session:-
During the first session I will give you a taster of my knowledge for training and how I can adapt it to help you reach your goals. The session will be about 45-60 minutes long and consist of a variety of different exercises (including a full warm up and cool down) and maybe different training systems depending on how advanced you are which relate to your target areas. There is no doubt you Will work up a sweat, you Will learn something new and you Will have fun!
